You must be at least 62 years of age or require our specially designed mobility impaired units. To qualify, you must meet the low income financial guidelines established by HUD. To receive Federal subsides your annual gross income cannot exceed 35,600 for one person or 40,650 for two people.

Eligible tenants rent will be approximately 30% of their remaining income after deducting all of their medical expenses.
