You must be at least 62 years of age or require our specially designed mobility impaired units. To qualify, you must meet the low income financial guidelines established by HUD. To receive Federal subsides your annual gross income cannot exceed 33,300 for one person, 38,050 for two people or 42,800 for three people.

Eligible tenants rent will be approximately 30% of their remaining income after deducting all of their medical expenses.
